Anima Technology Sensor & Tracking Solutions, LLC ("Sentrick", "we", "us") operates Sentrick Shield, an AI property-protection platform. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We design Shield around a simple principle: process on the edge, share the minimum.

1. Information we collect

  • Account data — name, email, and authentication details you provide when you sign up.
  • Property & device data — property names, zones, camera identifiers, and device status needed to deliver monitoring.
  • Detection results — behavioral events and threat classifications (BSIP™ status). By default, cameras process video locally and send results — not raw footage — to the cloud.
  • Enrolled references — if you choose to enroll family faces or known vehicles, the references you provide are stored to power recognition for your property only.
  • Billing data — handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Usage & diagnostics — limited technical logs to keep the service reliable and secure.

2. How we use information

  • To deliver monitoring, alerts, and the Guardian dashboard.
  • To learn your property's normal behavioral baseline and detect anomalies.
  • To process subscriptions and hardware orders.
  • To maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

3. Edge-first processing

Wherever possible, analysis happens on the camera itself. Only the results required to keep you informed are transmitted, minimizing the amount of sensitive video that leaves your property.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate (such as cloud hosting and Stripe for payments), under contract, and only as needed. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect safety.

5. Data retention

Video history is retained according to your plan (for example, 30 or 90 days), after which it is deleted on a rolling basis. Account and billing records are kept as required for legal and accounting purposes.

6. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege practices to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but protecting your information is core to what we do.

7. Your choices

  • Access, update, or delete your account data by contacting us.
  • Remove enrolled faces or vehicles at any time from your settings.
  • Cancel your subscription at any time; the cameras remain yours.

8. Children

Sentrick Shield is intended for property owners and is not directed to children under 13. Child safe-zone features are configured by the property owner for the protection of minors in their care.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date.
