Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Sentrick Shield and related services operated by Anima Technology Sensor and Tracking Solutions LLC.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Sentrick Shield, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

Sentrick Shield provides AI-powered property monitoring including the Guardian app, Shield Edge hardware, and BSIP™ threat classification.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.

4. Permitted Use

You may use Sentrick Shield only to monitor properties you own or have explicit legal authority to monitor. You must comply with all applicable surveillance and privacy laws in your jurisdiction.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Pricing may change with 30 days notice.

6. Intellectual Property

BSIP™ (Behavioral Security Intelligence Protocol) and all related technology are proprietary to Anima Technology Sensor and Tracking Solutions LLC. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or create derivative works.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Sentrick Shield is a monitoring aid and does not replace professional security personnel or law enforcement.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Houston, TX.
